Work follows you home. Your responsibilities fill the weekend. Other people’s lives arrive on your screen looking more successful, adventurous, or figured out than yours.
Meanwhile, the things you want for yourself keep having to wait.
What keeps happening
What you’d like instead
After work, errands, and housework, you’re too depleted to enjoy an evening with your partner—or do anything for yourself.
Have time and attention left for the people you love and something you enjoy.
A former colleague announces a promotion. A friend posts another holiday. You start questioning your own progress.
Choose goals you care about and appreciate your progress without measuring it against someone else’s life.
Your website is ready to publish, but you’re rewriting the About page again. Another weekend passes without putting it online.
Share what you’ve made and learn from the response, even while you can see things you might improve.
You want to leave a draining job for more creative work, but you need the salary that pays the mortgage.
Explore a career change with a realistic plan for your income and responsibilities.
Get back to your wild.
A photography class catches your eye. You can imagine spending a Saturday seeing your city differently, with a camera in your hand. Then the weekend fills with work you’re trying to catch up on.
By “wild,” we mean the interests and ambitions you want the freedom to follow. Some may take you in a new direction. Others could bring more pleasure into the life you already have.
What you enjoy deserves a place in your plans, too.
Growth Through Action
We start with something you want to change and look at what happens when you try.
Your coach might help you prepare for a conversation with your manager about after-hours messages. In a live course, you can practice a skill together, try it during the week, and return with questions about what happened.
You have support with applying the ideas, including when the first attempt doesn’t go as planned.
Our coaching and skills-based programs draw on behavioral science, including Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).

One-to-One
Make the change you keep putting off.
Private coaching with a Soulseeker® Certified Coach, focused on a change that matters in your life—from protecting your evenings from work to deciding how to approach a career move.
Bring the situation you want help with. Your coach will help you sort through what matters to you, examine the options, and decide what to try next.
Practice alongside people making changes of their own.
Our live courses bring together guided exercises, conversation, and time for questions. You try the skills in your own life and return to discuss what happened. In Thanks Brain for Sharing, sharing your experience is always a choice; you can participate or pass.
Get your time and attention back from overthinking.
A six-week live course led by Lacy Daigle.
Build skills to:
Act on your decisions without waiting to feel completely certain.
Set a boundary and stand by it, even when saying no feels uncomfortable.
Make progress on a project without needing every detail to feel perfect before someone else sees it.
Bring your attention back to the people you love when your mind starts replaying the day.
In the live sessions, you’ll practice with Lacy and discuss what happened when you tried the skills during the week. You’ll apply them to one meaningful goal throughout the course and leave with a personal practice map based on what you found useful.
We’ll use The Happiness Trap, Second Edition by Russ Harris as our shared text.
Next Start Date: October 7, 2026 6 live sessions · 2 hours each · Maximum 15 people · $595

“I now allow the perfectionism in me to hold space, but realize it no longer defines if or how I will move forward.”
Isabel Esteviz
“Shortly after we started working together, I found my way back to writing. For the first time in years, I’ve achieved a state of Flow, where the hours pass like minutes and the writing is painless. I’ve come up with solutions for my pilot, and have almost finished the rewrite I’ve been avoiding for the better part of a year.”
Julie O’Hora, Screenwriter
“In our year working together, Lacy has taught me to go with the flow by approaching each day and challenge with curiosity, not control, enabling me to be a better leader, life partner, and parent while honoring my needs first.”
